Is ArtTracker really free for artists?

Yes. The Artist tier is free forever — no trial, no credit card. You can register unlimited artworks, generate provenance certificates, transfer ownership, and publish public artwork pages at no cost.

What does the Gallery plan include that the free plan does not?

The Gallery plan adds API access for integrating provenance data into your own systems, bulk registration (up to 100 artworks per batch), a portfolio management dashboard, and priority support. It is designed for galleries managing multiple artists and large inventories.

When will the Gallery and Enterprise plans be available?

Both plans are currently in development. Join the waitlist by emailing hello@arttracker.co.uk and you will be the first to know when they launch.

Can I upgrade from Artist to Gallery later?

Yes. Your existing artworks and provenance records carry over when you upgrade. Nothing is lost — your data stays intact.

What payment methods will you accept?

The Gallery plan will support major credit and debit cards. Enterprise billing is handled on a custom basis. The Artist tier remains free and requires no payment method.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational institutions?
